Service Description
You can select to book single sessions or a 10/15/20 hours package of individual classes. You can book the first class here, then we will send you your login to directly book the following sessions and view the zoom link. Expert guidance, practice exams, and personalized strategies help you boost confidence, sharpen skills, and achieve top results. This course is for students sitting for the IB Spanish Ab Initio, IB Spanish SL, or IB Spanish HL exam. We focus on reading, writing, listening, speaking, and grammar.
Cancellation Policy
Package Validity: The package must be used within 3 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise agreed. Booking Sessions: Lessons are scheduled in advance based on tutor availability. Each session is 1 hour (or as agreed) and must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited. In case of tutor illness or emergency, a replacement time will be offered. Unused Hours: Any unused hours after the package expiration date will not be refunded unless otherwise agreed. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking the package. Private Tutoring Agreement: By booking, the student/guardian agrees to respect the scheduled times and to communicate promptly regarding changes.
