I'm French and I am managing the development of The Language Hub in the European market. I worked in the hospitality industry for over 20 years, and for the past four years I've been running a training organization that supports companies in developing their employees' skills in management, sales, marketing, human resources, and more.

 

Like many of us, I learned foreign languages during my studies. Learning meant I was bombarded with grammar, words to memorize, and endless written exercises. Was I able to hold a conversation in English, Spanish, or Italian at 20? No!

 

It wasn't until I went on a full immersion stay in London and then Seville that I was not only able to communicate and speak fluently, but also to understand the subtleties of the language and the culture.​

I'm supporting TLH's development in Europe because I believe in this innovative and most effective method for learning to speak a language. And the opportunity to meet other learners from different backgrounds, countries, and cultures is something I find extremely enriching!
