E aí, beleza?

I’m a Brazilian teacher with more than eight years of experience teaching Portuguese, English, and French.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Languages with a major in French and Francophone Studies from the Federal University of Goiás, and I also have a Master’s degree in Cultural Studies: Languages, Literature, Arts at Bordeaux Montaigne University, where I also teach Brazilian Portuguese.

My love of languages started in Brazil, where I began teaching English while I was still a university student. Since then, I’ve taught all kinds of learners, from kids who learned through stories and games to adults preparing for business meetings and big exams. In 2021, I packed my bags for France, and I’ve been happily living in Bordeaux ever since, juggling Portuguese, French, and English in my daily life (and sometimes all three in the same sentence!). I’m also working my way through Spanish and Mandarin, so I know exactly how it feels to be on the learner’s side of the screen: the excitement, the awkward moments, and the small victories. 
My philosophy is that language and culture go hand in hand. I love building lessons around music, film, literature, and everyday traditions, and tailoring each class to your interests and goals. Mistakes are a natural part of learning, so expect lessons that are warm, interactive, and full of good humor, and a journey you’ll actually look forward to.
