Jonathan

Hallo!

My name is Jonathan! I am an experienced German educator with a lifelong passion for German language and culture. My journey with German began at age 15 when he received the Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange scholarship and spent more than a year living and studying in Zwickau, Germany. I later earned a B.A. in German Language and Culture and a Graduate Certificate in German Translation and Translation Theory from UNC Charlotte.

I spent five years teaching German at the high school level, where I developed and taught German I–III and helped students build confidence in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding the language. Now working in higher education, I bring an encouraging, practical, and engaging approach to tutoring, particularly for beginner and intermediate German learners.
